Real estate advisory across hospitality, retail, and residential.
Foundry Brook advises owners across hospitality, retail, and residential real estate on portfolio strategy, development, asset management, and growth, bringing an owner's discipline and a builder's perspective from conception through stabilization.
For real estate owners, investors, and developers, and for multi-site retail organizations who need institutional-grade development expertise without a full-time hire, Foundry Brook Consulting serves as a senior partner, engaged at the level the project requires, from a single advisory assignment to a long-term retainer.
End-to-end development leadership for owners and investors who need institutional-grade expertise at the project level. Foundry Brook runs or reviews feasibility and underwriting, leads consultant selection and design management, navigates entitlements and permitting, and serves as the owner's representative from site selection through construction completion. For clients without an in-house development function, we also establish the process infrastructure: reporting cadences, budget tracking, contractor documentation, and team accountability systems to run a project the way an institutional developer would. Where the project requires it, we also advise on capital structure and equity sourcing to ensure the program is appropriately financed.
Identifying and selecting the right operator is one of the most important decisions an owner makes. Foundry Brook runs structured processes to source qualified operators, evaluate brand and management fit, and negotiate management, lease, and franchise agreements on behalf of the owner.
Foundry Brook advises hospitality and retail brands on portfolio-level real estate strategy, including growth blueprint, market selection, site underwriting, lease negotiation, and portfolio rationalization at scale. Drawing on direct experience leading real estate growth for a multi-market hospitality brand, we bring an operator's perspective to expansion decisions and an owner's discipline to lease and acquisition terms.
Ongoing financial and operational oversight for stabilized hospitality and retail assets. Foundry Brook monitors performance, manages brand and tenant relationships, oversees capital planning, and ensures each asset is tracking against its investment thesis.

Foundry Brook selectively partners with landowners, capital providers, and aligned developers on hospitality, retail and residential projects where our development expertise and owner's perspective add measurable value.
Foundry Brook takes an active role in every project we enter, from programming and entitlements through construction and brand execution. We bring the same rigor to a partnership as we do to projects we originate ourselves.
We are most effective when engaged early, at the concept or pre-entitlement stage, where our development experience and operator relationships can meaningfully shape the project's outcome.
